Mr. Acquah is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Assured Reliability Technologies. He specializes in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering and Operational Excellence.
Mr. Acquah has held several technical and leadership positions with asset intensive organizations.
Mr. Acquah was responsible for ensuring Chevron and Occidental petroleum Oil rigs reliability performance, as a Process Improvement Engineer at Key Energy ,CA, U.S.A.
He led the implementation of the Quality Systems across all production lines at Nestle waters, Lee FL, as a Process and Quality Improvement Engineer. As a Performance Systems Manager, at ConAgra, Milton, PA,U.S.A, he led the implementation of the ConAgra Performance Systems.
Mr. Acquah was instrumental in the development of production excellence programs for Hess and other Oil producing clients, while at TBR Strategies as Reliability and Asset Management consultant.
Prior to joining Assured Reliability, Elias was the Director for Reliability and Asset Management-TTS U.S.A- leading the company’s Reliability and Asset Management consulting efforts for Africa and Middle East Market. He has led several Reliability and Asset Performance improvement initiative for companies across different sectors such as Shell, Newmont, Nestle among others. Mr. Acquah is a Certified Asset Management Auditor (CAMA), Certified Practitioner in Asset Management (CPAM), Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) proctor, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and an MBA from Thomas University/Oklahoma City University, U.S.A. He is a member of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM),U.K, Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP),U.S.A Asset Management Council (AMC)-Australia, and Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC).
